Posting/Asking a question within any of the community forums is easy. First, navigate to the forum of your choice. You can ask your question from the main landing page of the forum or from the Question & Discussions area of the forum. Please note that we recommend searching the forum before asking your question, the answer might already be there.
- From the Homepage, you can simply click on the button under the 'Welcome' title that says "Ask a question, share a success, post something of interest’
Note: You can also select the ‘Start a Discussion’ button on the Discussions page
- In the 'New Message' tab that opens, go to 'Select location' to choose the board or page where you want your question to go. In most cases, this will be "All Public Sector Discussions"
- Enter the subject for the post and the details of your question. We encourage our members to highlight the challenge this is related to, the intended audience, and descriptive for those less technical
- Add any relevant tags (this will help in a search)
- Add or choose any relevant label (this helps to categorize the question)
- Click ‘Post’
